All About Leigh!

Freedom Fund 2011 2

Hello! My name is Leigh and I am a 40-something work-from-home wife and mother of two daughters. My wonderful (and patient!) husband is a retired Air Force veteran who loves to fish and watch sports.

My beautiful daughters are involved in many after-school activities such as volleyball, tennis, choir, piano and Girl Scouts.

Even in the midst of all this busyness, somehow I manage to find time to participate in my own hobbies like working out, cooking, volunteering, reading, couponing, traveling, and of course, organizing and decorating! 🙂

During the day while my children are in school, I work as a professional organizer helping others create clean, uncluttered spaces in their homes.

I am so excited to share my ideas and tips with you about organizing, decorating, and cleaning your home!

I’m hopeful that you will find something here to help you transform your house into the Home of Your Dreams while saving some money at the same time.

Be sure to stop by often! 🙂

Thanks for the likes! I see you’re an organizer. I’ve been doing this for a while now and it’s turned into a personal assistant job. Any tips on being a professional organizer? I would love to make that my focus, so I find your blog pretty inspiring!

Hey Girl! I love your blog and I am putting together a guest entry for September. Here’s all the info. I hope you’ll participate!

    Thirty-Seventh Avenue: “Clever Hacks”

Hello my fellow bloggers! I am taking a poll to see what items around the house are “Multi-Taskers!” What is one item that you would say is a “multi-tasker” in your home that can be used a variety of different ways? For example, cupcake liners can be used to cover drinks from bugs or catch drips from popsicles. You can choose something that is fall related, back-to-school related, beauty or fashion related, or craft related. Send me a brief couple of sentences and a picture of your choice. Your answer will be posted on my blog the first of September for Clever Hacks! This is a way to advertise your blog and also discover some neat hacks. Thanks for participating!

what a great blog. organizing is in my DNA. not sure where or how I became that way, but I appreciate so much anyone who has an eye/gift of organizing. I wish you were one of my neighbors though. because right now, I could really use some help. raising small children has really challenged my ordered life. I’m always looking for great ways to simplify, de-clutter and get the home/life neater, cleaner, and more organized. glad I found your blog through (Keishawna). Blessings!

Hi there! I’m glad you found my blog. We’re kindred spirits when it comes to organizing! 🙂 I can agree that having little ones around makes it extremely difficult to keep things organized and can make you feel out of whack. Hopefully poking around my blog (and others) will give you some ideas to help you regain some order in your home. Feel free to e-mail me if you have any specific questions. Thanks so much for stopping by!
